WW update: Week 10

tried wearing my pedometer on one of my vacation trips to the City (SF that is) and it was so wrong. Ends up it said I walked .76 miles and I really walked 2.5 miles and then after that I walked another mile and half easy. So there ya go, now I don't feel so bad on how low the pedometer has read lately. I put it where I was suppose to and that didn't help.

Here is a quick update:

Start Weight: 258.2
Last Weeks Weight: 236
Current Weight: 234.0
Lost this week: -3.4 lbs.
Total Loss: 25.2
Left to 10% Goal: 0 lbs I MADE MY 10% GOAL!!
Final Goal: 150 (?)
Left to Final Goal: 83.6 lbs
Percent of weight loss goal: 23.2%
Start Dress size: 20/22W (...mostly 20 in Lane Bryant clothes which is at least a size bigger)
Current Dress size: 18, though I fit into my 16 jean shorts...tightly but not laying down tight (you know what I mean).
NSV (non scale victory) I had a healthy attitude and went even though I thought I gained again, I went and had a good meeting.

WW update: Week 9

This was a struggle and went to a meeting another night since I was in California visiting the folks.

Here is a quick update:

Start Weight: 258.2
Last Weeks Weight: 234.0
Current Weight: 236
Lost this week: + 2lbs.
Total Loss: 22.2
Left to 10% Goal: 2.8 lbs
Final Goal: 150 (?)
Left to Final Goal: 86.6 lbs
Percent of weight loss goal: 20.4%
Start Dress size: 20/22 (I went back and realized I was 22W in "normal" clothes and 18/20...mostly 20 in Lane Bryant clothes)
Current Dress size: 18 Even my 18 jeans fit a bit baggy.
NSV (non scale victory) I fit in the plane seat when I sat in coach. I always fit but had been getting to the point where the arm was starting to inch up a bit when I sat in an airplane seat. This time I had several inches to spare. This was MAJOR for me.
