WW update: Week 35

Definitely still back in the swing of things. Not having money (literally digging out the change) has made me be able to control my cravings more. So I think I will use this in the future, so as to not be as tempted in the future.

Here is a quick update:

Start Weight: 258.2
Last Weeks Weight: 236.2
Current Weight: 234
Lost this week: -2.2 lbs.
Total Loss: 24.2
Left to 10% Goal: .8
Final Goal: 150
Left to Final Goal: 84 lbs
Percent of weight loss goal(of 108.2lbs): 22.4%
Start Dress size: a large 20/22W
Current Dress size: 16, and fit!
New goal! 200 by my 32nd birthday, which means 34 lbs in 28 weeks, that means 1.25 lbs per week.
NSV: fitting into my slacks again, it is the best feeling!

Goals for this week: Storyboard goals, drink 24 oz of water before I get to work each day.
(since I didn't do well on the last ones I am breaking the goals down)

WW update: Week 34

Back in the swing of things. I have been turning down desserts, not always but much more. I am being more aware of what is going in my mouth. I made a promise to journal all non-core foods this week. I need to know how many points I really am eating over core. I lost weight! But I fit into clothes and I worked out for the first time in one and 1/2 years, so those are my Non Scale Victories!!!

Start Dress size: 20/22W (...mostly 20 in Lane Bryant clothes which is at least a size bigger)
Current Dress size: 16, and fit!

WW update: Week 32

I still go to weight watchers and have been struggling since my last update. I made 10% then have been struggling with the last 5 lbs of the over all 25 for several months. I am renewing my dedication, my plan, and my accountability. So here I am posting again. The last two weeks I lost. That is major. I haven't done that since the beginning of Nov (2 months ago) That is my non scale victory. But at the same token I am focusing on support and being support for others as well. I am not great at being my own cheerleader and as I figure out how to do that, I will help others and by default will help myself in the process.

Start Dress size: 20/22W (...mostly 20 in Lane Bryant clothes which is at least a size bigger)
Current Dress size: 16, but they are tight.
