tried wearing my pedometer on one of my vacation trips to the City (SF that is) and it was so wrong. Ends up it said I walked .76 miles and I really walked 2.5 miles and then after that I walked another mile and half easy. So there ya go, now I don't feel so bad on how low the pedometer has read lately. I put it where I was suppose to and that didn't help.

Lost this week: -3.4 lbs.
Total Loss: 25.2
Left to 10% Goal: 0 lbs I MADE MY 10% GOAL!!
Final Goal: 150 (?)
Left to Final Goal: 83.6 lbs
Percent of weight loss goal: 23.2%
Start Dress size: 20/22W (...mostly 20 in Lane Bryant clothes which is at least a size bigger)
Current Dress size: 18, though I fit into my 16 jean shorts...tightly but not laying down tight (you know what I mean).
NSV (non scale victory) I had a healthy attitude and went even though I thought I gained again, I went and had a good meeting.
