I wasn't planning well this week. I thought I would have the days off and would be home, instead I ended up on a boat and it was fabulous. The problem is that I ended up having to go shopping for something to wear, and food, and I didn't have the time to make something, and spent too much and so am eating whatever is cheap or available until the 14th. I have gotten much worse at this trend (being broke within days of payday). So I am going to work on changing that, thus being able to be in more control of my food. (I also weighed in on Saturday instead of Wednesday since Zen had a bday party and wow good food, and well...way not program...at least not how I ate! But fabulous!)

NSV (non scale victory): I bought and wore my Bikini top! Crazy but true. Didn't get a tan, but that wasn't the point. :)
