Definitely still back in the swing of things. Not having money (literally digging out the change) has made me be able to control my cravings more. So I think I will use this in the future, so as to not be as tempted in the future.
Here is a quick update:

Lost this week: -2.2 lbs.
Total Loss: 24.2
Left to 10% Goal: .8
Final Goal: 150
Left to Final Goal: 84 lbs
Percent of weight loss goal(of 108.2lbs): 22.4%
Start Dress size: a large 20/22W
Current Dress size: 16, and fit!
New goal! 200 by my 32nd birthday, which means 34 lbs in 28 weeks, that means 1.25 lbs per week.
NSV: fitting into my slacks again, it is the best feeling!
Goals for this week: Storyboard goals, drink 24 oz of water before I get to work each day.
(since I didn't do well on the last ones I am breaking the goals down)
